Recruitment

In PrismERP the Recruitment module handles the complete hiring process across branches, departments, and divisions in a structured way. It starts with setting up job templates, manpower allocations, and job requisitions so that each position is clearly defined before hiring begins. Based on these requirements, vacancies are created and published, and candidates are added either one by one or in bulk depending on the situation.

Once candidates are in the system, their applications are tracked through different stages such as shortlisting, assessments, and interviews. HR teams can set up assessment panels, schedule interviews, and record evaluation results at each step. When a candidate is selected, an approval appointment is created with all necessary job details, salary information, and joining data.

Throughout the module, users can search and filter records easily to find job templates, vacancies, requisitions, and candidate information whenever needed.
