Service Contract

1) Add Service Contract:​

A Service Contract is directly created from the data layer by a person with the highest approval authority.

Key Differences Between Contract Request and Service Contract:​

  • Contract Request: A user sends a request to higher authority for approval.
  • Service Contract: The higher authority directly generates the service contract without requiring an approval request.

This process ensures that service contracts can be initiated immediately by authorized personnel without waiting for approval.
