Subscribers
The Subscribers feature in PrismERP is used to manage all subscriber-related information in one place. It allows viewing subscriber profiles, tracking their activity, and accessing related details such as services and contracts. The feature also supports searching and organizing subscriber data for easy reference and management within the system.
To manage subscribers in PrismERP, the Subscribers List provides a centralized view of all subscribers along with their timeline and activity history. A search panel is available to quickly locate specific subscribers. In the details view, related information such as contracts, services, service orders, vouchers, and ledgers can be accessed for complete tracking and management.

Subscriber Services
From the Subscribers Services List, all subscribed services are displayed in one place in PrismERP. It shows key details such as service name, contract, party, billing cycle, quantity, unit cost, total amount, last billed date, next bill date, and service status.Filters can be used to refine the list based on service, branch, billing cycle, party, billing status, service status, or customer category. An export option is also available when required.From the Action column, each service can be opened for management. Services can be edited, upgraded, or downgraded based on requirements. The list also tracks billing status and billing cycle, helping identify what is ready for invoicing and what is already in progress.

Subscriber Contract
From the Subscriber Contract List, all subscriber package-related contract records are displayed in PrismERP. It includes details such as name, code, party, package, description, start date, end date, branch, and status.A search panel is available to quickly locate specific contracts using filters. The list provides a clear view of the subscriber’s package and service duration.From the Action column, contract details can be opened for full viewing, and new services can be added under the selected subscriber package when required.
