Subscriber Management

In the Subscriber Management section, management defines the complete list of subscriber clients, services, contracts, and requests that are available in the application.

1) Subscriber List​

In the Service Information, the Subscriber Contract List page shows all the details of service contracts for a subscriber.

Features:​

  • The list page displays all the names of parties under service along with their subscribed date.
  • Clicking on an individual name reveals detailed service information for that particular party.

Details Available:​

  • Profile
  • Contracts
  • Services
  • Service Orders
  • Vouchers
  • Ledger
  • Balance Status: If the balance is colored RED, it indicates that the subscriber has not paid for the service yet. The liability amount is due from the party.

2) Subscriber Services​

Displays the list of subscribed services. It includes all the service package details of a subscriber. Users can also upgrade or downgrade services from this page.

Navigate to Subscriber Service

Features:​

  • View complete details of a subscriber, including:
    • Service
    • Contract
    • Product quantity
    • Bill type
    • Policy
    • Last billed date
  • Modify the contract of a specific subscriber.
