Each branch can operate independently with its own customers, vendors, accounts, and vouchers, while administrators can oversee all branches, set permissions, and control access to accounts. This ensures that users only interact with the data they are authorized to see, keeping sensitive information secure.
Branch-level control also allows for clear traceability of all transactions and makes reporting simple. Financial statements, ledgers, and reports can be generated for a single branch or consolidated for the entire organization.
