🎯 Batch Wise Promotions
Batch Wise Promotion in PrismERP lets users create promotions for specific product batches, applying discounts or new prices to targeted items. Users can set the promotion period, choose eligible customer categories and branches, and configure multiple discount types. The batch promotion list can be searched and filtered by batch, dates, and status, and promotions can be updated or edited while pending. Clicking on the Promotion Name opens the full details for easy review.

| Start Date | Select the date when the promotion will become active. |
| End Date | Select the date when the promotion will expire. |
| Branch | Select the branch or branches where the promotion will be applied. “All” applies to all branches. |
| Customer Category | Select the customer categories eligible for the promotion (e.g., Dealer, Retail, Corporate). |
| General Disc. (%) | Enter a percentage discount applicable to the promotion. |
| General Disc. (Flat) | Enter a fixed flat discount amount applicable to the promotion. |
| Trade Disc. On | Select the base price on which the trade discount will be calculated. |
| Trade Disc. (%) | Enter the trade discount percentage for the promotion. |
| Trade Disc. (Flat) | Enter a flat trade discount amount for the promotion. |
| New Sale Price (Flat) | Enter a new sale price for the batch if you want to override the original price. |
| Promotion Apply to Batch | Section header. Determines the specific products or batches the promotion applies to. |
| Product | Select the product batch or batches to which the promotion will be applied. |
Users can search and filter the batch promotion list based on batch, start date, end date, and status to quickly locate specific promotions. They can update the status of a promotion to Pending, Complete, Rejected, or Closed, and edit the promotion details while it remains in the Pending state. Additionally, users can view all basic details of a promotion by clicking on the Promotion Name, which opens the full information for review.
