Gift Coupon
Gift Coupon in PrismERP allows users to create and manage discount coupons for customers, specifying the branch, validity period, discount percentage, quantity, and any additional notes. The coupon list can be searched and filtered by Coupon Name, Branch, or Barcode, and coupons are automatically marked Used when redeemed. Users can also edit coupons directly from the list to update details as needed.

| Description | Enter any additional details or notes about the coupon, such as “Eid Special 2026” or usage instructions. |
Users can also search and filter the coupon list based on Coupon Name, Branch, and Barcode to quickly locate specific coupons. Coupons do not have a manual status field; their status is automatically updated from Unused to Used when a customer redeems the coupon. Users can also edit any coupon directly from the list to modify details such as validity, discount percentage, or description.
