Ledger Book List​

To access the Ledger Book List in the application:

Navigate to Accounts Ledger Books`

On the Ledger Books page, you will see:

  • The name of all accounts.
  • The type of accounts.
  • Opening date information.
  • Current balance (displayed in two different colors based on account type characteristics).

To view a specific account's ledger, click on the underlined account name. This will open a detailed account ledger window.


Ledger Book Features​

Within the Ledger Book, you will find several key functionalities:

  1. Balance Chart

    • Displays a visual representation of the account balance movement for the last 30 days.
  2. Ledger Reports & Account Closure

    • Located at the top right corner of the ledger book.
    • Generate reports for a specific time interval.
    • Option to close the account directly from this window.
  3. Edit Ledger Book

    • Modify ledger details by clicking on the edit icon at the top right corner.
  4. Ledger Tab

    • Shows all records and financial transactions related to the account.

  5. Party Ledger Summary (Optional)

    • Displays the name of all parties involved in transactions along with their balances.

  6. Sub Accounts (Optional)
