Bankbook

Bankbook refers to all bank-related transactions of an organization. It records all bank account activities, including receipts, payments, transfers, and adjustments. The Bankbook feature in PrismERP enables users to track each transaction linked to a bank account and provides a real-time balance view for every bank ledger.

To access the Bankbook list, navigate to Cashbook Bankbook

The interface provides a structured list of all transactions linked to each bank account.

1) Bankbook List

From the Bankbook list page, users can view transaction details, apply filters, and drill down into specific bank accounts for in-depth analysis.

You can also perform the following operations directly from the Bankbook interface:

  • View receipts and payments
  • Monitor deposit and withdrawal entries
  • Filter transactions by date or bank

2) Bankbook Home

Bankbook Home provides a summary view of all bank accounts with their respective balances and transaction counts.

From this screen, users can:

  • View a list of all linked bank accounts
  • Analyze the total bank balance across all accounts
  • Navigate to a specific account’s ledger for transaction-level detail

Specific Bank Account View

With the use of advanced search and filters, users can isolate transactions for a specific time frame or a particular bank account. This allows for precise reconciliation and audit tracking.
