Sample Order

Sample Order in PrismERP provides a structured way to manage sample-based sales, ensuring every order is accurate and traceable. Users can define branch, party, delivery, and sales details, select products and quantities, and apply price modifications if required. The system allows adding eligible free products and specifying terms and conditions for each order.

Branch	Select the branch to create the sample order.
Delivery Branch	Select the branch responsible for delivering the products.
Party	Select the party against whom the sample order is being created.
Retailer	Select the retailer for creating the sample order.
Reference	Enter an internal or external reference number for tracking purposes.
Transport	Select the transport method used for delivery.
Sales Delivery Point	Enter the delivery point from where goods will be dispatched.
Delivery Terms	Select predefined delivery terms agreed with the party.
Payment Terms	Select payment conditions such as cash, credit, or installment terms.
Shipping Address	Select or confirm the address where goods will be delivered.
Entry Date	Select the date on which the sample order is created.
Order Date	Select the official sample order date.
Tentative Delivery Date	Enter the expected delivery date for the order.
Till Date	Enter the validity date of the sale order, if applicable.
Center	Select the sales or distribution center responsible for the order.
Sale Type	Select the sale category.
Extra Sale Type	Select additional classification such as Sample.
Product	Select the product to add it to the sample order.
Quantity	Enter the required quantity for the selected product.
Modification	Select whether any manual price modification is applied.
Modification Rate	Enter the modified rate per unit, if applicable.
Modification Amount	View the total modification amount applied to the product.
Free Product	Select eligible free products linked with the sample order (if applicable).
Quantity	Enter the quantity of free products issued.
Title	Enter the title of the terms and conditions clause.
Description	Enter detailed terms and conditions related to the sale order.
Description	Enter any additional contractual or operational clauses for the order.
