Sample Order

Sample Order in PrismERP provides a structured way to manage sample-based sales, ensuring every order is accurate and traceable. Users can define branch, party, delivery, and sales details, select products and quantities, and apply price modifications if required. The system allows adding eligible free products and specifying terms and conditions for each order.

Delivery BranchSelect the branch responsible for delivering the products.
PartySelect the party against whom the sample order is being created.
RetailerSelect the retailer for creating the sample order.
ReferenceEnter an internal or external reference number for tracking purposes.
TransportSelect the transport method used for delivery.
Sales Delivery PointEnter the delivery point from where goods will be dispatched.
Delivery TermsSelect predefined delivery terms agreed with the party.
Payment TermsSelect payment conditions such as cash, credit, or installment terms.
Shipping AddressSelect or confirm the address where goods will be delivered.
Entry DateSelect the date on which the sample order is created.
Order DateSelect the official sample order date.
Tentative Delivery DateEnter the expected delivery date for the order.
Till DateEnter the validity date of the sale order, if applicable.
CenterSelect the sales or distribution center responsible for the order.
Sale TypeSelect the sale category.
Extra Sale TypeSelect additional classification such as Sample.
ProductSelect the product to add it to the sample order.
QuantityEnter the required quantity for the selected product.
ModificationSelect whether any manual price modification is applied.
Modification RateEnter the modified rate per unit, if applicable.
Modification AmountView the total modification amount applied to the product.
Free ProductSelect eligible free products linked with the sample order (if applicable).
QuantityEnter the quantity of free products issued.
TitleEnter the title of the terms and conditions clause.
DescriptionEnter detailed terms and conditions related to the sale order.
DescriptionEnter any additional contractual or operational clauses for the order.
