Effective territory management requires clear assignment and oversight of supervisors and managers responsible for various regions. The Supervisor/Manager Management module in PrismERP enables organizations to assign, track, and manage supervisors and managers within defined territories, ensuring accountability and streamlined operations.


This feature allows you to:

  • Assign supervisors or managers to specific territories or sub-territories.
  • Track supervisory hierarchy and reporting relationships.
  • Monitor supervisor/manager tenure and responsibility periods.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and escalation within sales teams.

Key Features

  • Assign Supervisors/Managers: Select employees from your workforce and assign them to designated territories or territory types.

  • Territory Association: Link supervisors/managers to one or multiple territories, ensuring clarity of responsibility.

  • Reporting Hierarchy: Define the supervisory chain by linking supervisors to their direct reports (e.g., Field Officers or Sales Representatives).

  • Tenure Management: Set start and end dates for assignments to manage shifts or reassignments efficiently.

  • Effective Date Tracking: Maintain records of when supervisors/managers officially take over responsibility for a territory.


Assignment Process

  1. Select Employee: Choose the supervisor or manager from the employee list.

  2. Choose Territory Type: Specify the type of territory (e.g., Region, Area) for assignment.

  3. Select Territory Area: Pick the exact territory or sub-territory for which the supervisor will be responsible.

  4. Set Reporting Structure: Assign the supervisor’s direct superior if applicable.

  5. Define Duration: Enter start date, and optionally, an end date to specify the assignment period.

  6. Save Assignment: Confirm and save the record.


Viewing & Managing Supervisors/Managers

  • Access the Sales Team Management List to view all current assignments.
  • Edit or reassign supervisors/managers as organizational needs evolve.
  • Filter by territory, employee name, or assignment dates for easy access.
