Manpower Requisition

Manpower Requisition in PrismERP is used to manage and control the process of requesting new or replacement employees across different branches and departments. It allows HR and departmental users to raise structured requisitions with complete details such as position requirements, organizational placement, budget alignment, and priority level.

Each requisition captures key information including job type, manpower quantity, and justification to ensure proper approval and planning before recruitment begins.
After submitting a requisition, it is stored in the system and becomes available in the Job Requisition List, where all records are organized with full tracking and filtering options for easy management throughout the recruitment process.
