Step-by-step Guide to Apply for a Movement Pass:
A. Movement Pass Application Entry
Fill in the details:
- Branch / Department / Employee Info auto-populates or selectable.
- Mode of Travel: Select (e.g., Bus, Car, Walk).
- Purpose of Visit: Choose from dropdown (e.g., Official, Personal, Emergency).
- Start & End Time: Define the exact hours of movement.
- Date: Select the date(s) for movement.
- Remarks: Optional comments such as “Factory Visit” or “Doctor Appointment”.
- Not Return: Tick if the employee will not return the same day.
Click Submit to send the request for approval.
B. Movement Pass Application List & Approval Panel
Use filters (Employee, Department, Date, Status) to view applications.
The table displays:
- Employee Details, Movement Time, Duration, Status, Gate Logs
- Remarks like “Official”, “Sickness”, etc.
Actions: Approvers can click on:
- Approve
- Reject
- Cancel
- Recommend (for higher-level approval)
