Product Wise Price Control

In PrismERP, product pricing can be managed in a more targeted way by controlling exactly which products should be included in a price circular.

The user can select Product Department, Sub Department, Category, and Sub Category to define the product scope. These options help narrow down the product range based on how items are organized in the system, so the pricing update is applied only where it is needed.

After defining the product range, the user can choose to apply the price circular to all products within that selection or pick specific products individually.

Once the price circular is created and the Average Trade Price (TP) is updated, the system applies the new price only to the selected products. Any products that are not included in the selection remain unchanged and continue with their existing pricing.
