Vendor Wise Price Control

In PrismERP, pricing can also be managed based on vendor selection, allowing price control according to supplier or manufacturer relationships.

Users can select a specific vendor or choose all vendors while creating the price circular. This selection defines which vendor’s products will be included in the pricing update.

After selecting the vendor scope, users can further define the product range using Product Department, Sub Department, Category, and Sub Category. Based on this setup, the price circular can be applied to all products or specific products under the selected vendor.

Once the price circular is created and the Average Trade Price (TP) is updated, the system applies the new price only to the selected vendor’s products. Products from other vendors remain unchanged and continue with their existing pricing setup.
