Employee Target
The Employee Target in PrismERP is used to assign and manage sales targets for individual employees. It allows users to define structured targets based on products, brands, and quantities, along with commission rules for performance evaluation. This helps in tracking employee-wise sales contribution and achievement within a defined period.Users can create employee targets by selecting the employee, branch, products, and defining the total target amount. Additional configuration such as minimum required achievement percentage and commission rate can also be defined to support incentive-based evaluation.The system supports product-level target assignment, where quantity, product price, and calculated target values can be configured for accurate tracking of employee performance.
