Target Incentive Slab
The Target Incentive Slab in PrismERP is used to define incentive structures based on sales achievement percentages. Each slab specifies a range of achievement and assigns an incentive percentage within that range. This allows organizations to calculate sales incentives in a structured and performance-based manner.Users can create multiple incentive slabs by defining the slab name, achievement range, and incentive percentage. These slabs are later used in sales performance evaluation to determine applicable incentives based on achieved targets.

From the Target Incentive Slab List, users can search slabs by name to quickly locate specific records. Existing slabs can be updated to modify the name, achievement range, or incentive percentage whenever required. New incentive slabs can also be created directly from the list view, ensuring flexible management of incentive configurations.
