PrismERP brings together all the essential tools HR teams need to manage employees and payroll in one place. From salary increments to employee transfers and status updates, every process is designed to keep records accurate and ensure HR tasks are easier to handle.
The Employee Increment feature lets HR users apply salary increases to multiple employees at once. Users can select employees, choose whether the increment is a Percentage or a Formula, and the system calculates the updated amounts automatically. Once added, increments appear in the Batch Increment List, where users can approve, reject, or track their status. The search and filter panel makes finding specific records quick and simple.
With Employee Transfer, users can move employees to new branches, divisions, departments, or roles. Transfers include key details like letter issue date, joining and release dates, target branch, designation, and employee group. Transfers can go through an approval workflow, moving through different levels of management, and the workflow status and approval matrix can be tracked at any time.
Employee Promotion and Batch Payscale Change allow HR to update employee pay information efficiently. Multiple employees can have their pay scale, pay grade, or payroll schedule updated in a single operation. Records in the pending stage remain editable, so any corrections or adjustments can be made before finalizing.
The Employee Activation/Deactivation feature allows HR to update employee status in bulk. Users can select employees, pick an effective date, and set their status to Activate, Deactivate, Salary Held Up, Inactive, or Unnoticed, giving HR control over workforce availability and payroll handling.
