Leave Applicability
In PrismERP Leave Policy, Leave Applicability defines how employees can apply for leave and what rules control its usage. It sets limits on leave days, monthly usage, eligibility, and different application conditions so leave follows a proper structure in the system.
For leave applicability users define the control rules that manage how leave can be applied and used within the organization. They can set limits on how many leave days an employee can apply for at one time, along with minimum and maximum thresholds to ensure structured usage. Monthly restrictions help control both the number of leave applications and total leave consumption within a single month. The system also allows defining how many leave days are permitted without supporting documents such as medical certificates.
Users can further control whether employees are allowed to apply for their own leave and define eligibility conditions like minimum present days before leave can be used. Restrictions on future leave applications can also be configured to ensure proper planning and approval flow. In addition, special application rules are provided for different scenarios such as emergency leave, overseas/global employees, mandatory leave cases, and station-based employees, each with defined time windows for submitting applications.
