Leave Eligibility & Service Rules

Leave Eligibility & Service Rules defines when employees become eligible for leave and how much leave they can use during their service period in PrismERP. It also controls service-based conditions, usage limits, and special restrictions to ensure leave is applied according to defined employee rules. In this section, users define the eligibility conditions that control when and how employees can access leave benefits. It includes service-based eligibility, where leave becomes available only after completing a defined number of months in the organization. Users can also set the maximum total leave allowed during the entire service period to ensure long-term control over leave usage.

Additional rules allow restricting consecutive leave usage to prevent extended absences, and restricting leave once an employee has resigned. The system also supports negative balance settings, which determine whether employees can take leave in advance of their available balance. Eligibility can further be defined based on employee category such as male, female, or both, and whether the leave is paid or limitless. Finally, labeling and restriction type settings help classify how the leave policy is applied within the system structure.
